Refund Policy

At I.S. Performance, we are committed to providing exceptional training experiences and client satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Session and Program Refunds
Single Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule at the trainer’s discretion.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Training Packages or Programs:

Refunds for unused sessions within a package may be granted within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been used.
After 14 days or after multiple sessions have been completed, packages are non-refundable.
2. Special Programs, Events, or Camps
Refunds for special programs or camps must be requested at least 7 days before the start date. After that period, payments are non-refundable due to limited space and planning requirements.

3. Memberships or Subscriptions (if applicable)
All recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time. However, no prorated refunds will be provided for partial periods. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to continue training due to a documented medical reason, refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of I.S. Performance, minus any completed sessions or administrative costs.
